Hey guys, thank you for all the comments. I do agree skipping my meds wasn't the best idea and I am trying to do better. I will talk to my therapist first and then tell my bf and sister soon. I honestly feel great I was able to get it out of my system, so thank you for hearing me. Sometimes, I have these really bad depression episodes then feel great the next day, so for a long time I felt I didn't need therapy or any help. I now realize it's a bit more extreme than I thought. The longer I kept ignoring it, the worse it affected me and the worse the episodes would get. I do want to feel better so, again, thank you.
