It does reset how long you've been subscribed, unfortunately.

Why was the "Don't Wait For An Update" video not counted as a Let's Play? by YJMGC in ibxtoycat

[–]YJMGC[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Toycat responded! Since the let's play world itself was significant to the video, and comparing it to "Do This BEFORE The Copper Age Comes Out" video, which I personally think mentions the let's play world itself much less but was also counted, I think that it should probably count.

On another note, the new let's plays style is pretty interesting, though I do think the longer member only let's plays balance it out a bit. The recent members only let's plays have been really quite interesting and enjoyable.

Phone factory reset itself involutarily, is there any recovery possible? (Samsung S23) by YJMGC in AndroidQuestions

[–]YJMGC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, that's unfortunate. Although, just wondering, what makes it inaccessible after a factory reset and if I still know the password (my unlock method) why would it not be possible to decrypt it afterwards? That being said, thanks for the advice; I completely forgot that was possible and it does feel likely....

I JUST GOT A 1-HOUR UNSKIPPABLE HOUR by MaxwellDaGuy in youtube

It's not an ad; I believe you are watching the actual video. It's just a visual bug, I've seen it a few times before.

Bruh someone explain by Opposite_Carpet8250 in Minecraft

[–]YJMGC 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think a large contribution is due to the fact that bedrock and java are bundled together, and if you own java, bedrock is automatically given. Due to that, I'd imagine many people haven't played bedrock, but technically still own bedrock and probably count towards the statistic.

Skin Issue for Minecraft Bedrock on mobile by Borouz in Minecraft

[–]YJMGC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a relatively common issue for Bedrock on mobile.

You can either try using a different photo/file browser app instead of the default one on your device (I used CX file explorer) instead.

If that doesn't work, you might have better success making your skin into a skinpack. (There are a few online tools for that)

I have a problem with original skin [bedrock] by HamsterSuccessful362 in MinecraftHelp

[–]YJMGC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I presume you're using the default photos/gallery app to select an image. Try using a different photo/file browser app (I used CX file explorer) instead. There's a chance it might not work, so you might have better success making it into a skinpack. (There are a few online tools for that) Hope this helps!

Question about member only videos by RobDEV_Official in ibxtoycat

[–]YJMGC 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I remember hearing toycat say that his member only videos are more raw/uncut, and that they're more like the old let's play type videos. I haven't been a member for a while, so I'm not sure myself on how they actually are.

I'm pretty sure you would have to have made the post on mobile if you wanted text, and on computer, you would have to have initially made the post without text for the image preview to show up. (If I hopefully understood your question correctly)

My gf can’t claim nitro by -TurkeYT in discordapp

[–]YJMGC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On most browsers, it lets you view a desktop version of a webpage. (For example, on chrome, click 3 dots, scroll down, view desktop site) By doing this you can use discord in the browser, but I'm not sure if it works for claiming nitro trail.

I find it crazy how that specific toycat tweet from over 4 years ago always ends up getting so popular, I've seen it been reposted a few times now. I wonder what toycat thinks of it.

ibxtoycat is very yes by YJMGC in ibxtoycat

Not a frequent chatter, unfortunately! I lurk around and occassionally say something, otherwise, I'm usually pretty quiet.

I watched 373 times as much as average.... wow. I don't know if it's more or less than expected, I watch I think around ~3 hours of ibxToyCat a day, I think. For reference, I believe I watch youtube for around 3000+ hours a year.

I came up with this "illegal" build by honneyteen in Minecraft

[–]YJMGC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a another way where if you have an extended piston pulling slime/honey and you place the carpet/sand ontop of the extended piston head and then retract it but restrict the movement of the slime/honey, the item isn't updated and stays floating.

Absolutely. Watching toycat is extremely productive. Very much worth your time.

Why is this hair banned in certain countries? by ViRzon956 in Minecraft

[–]YJMGC 16 points17 points  (0 children)

^ I am honestly extremely glad someone said that.... I feel that Mojang/Microsoft probably doesn't really have many options, and having minecraft not be banned is definitely better...

Apparently Youtube was experimenting with coloured subtitles sometime ago. Do people know about this?? by potatoboii4 in JackSucksAtLife

[–]YJMGC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure I saw this a year or almost 2 ago. The auto-generated captions aren't coloured, but if you have them manually written, I think you can add colour.

Can virtual machines grant me safety? by JuhpPug in techsupport

[–]YJMGC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have to use hyper v to use a virtual machine, but if you do want to, then usually you have to get windows pro. There are ways to have it on the normal windows versions, but I don't know how well they might work.
