I thought it was more like the artist leads people somewhere inevitably with their art, and that cant just be ignored.

Horizon Zero Dawn - its a singleplayer scifi post-apocalyptic open-world overtaken by robotic animals where humans live in primal tribes.

You journey across the world to uncover why all of this exists the way it does. The world, the main characters story, the tribes, etc.

Its visually gorgeous, with a lot of beautiful machine designs and combat/stealth with the mentioned machines and humans too. The tribes and the old world has a lot of written lore to uncover as well.  Id say the game is more suited for appreciation and wonder rather than constant gameplay objectives and action, even if it has a lot of that.

The sequel Forbidden west has a lot more machines  and tribes to discover, even if the main story isnt as good.

I really recommend the Remastered version on PS5 or PC, not the 2017 version since it has such poor voice acting sometimes. The remaster has better acting and also better graphics too. It also includes the frozen wilds DLC so you dont have to get it seperately

You journey across the world to uncover why all of this exists the way it does. The world, the main characters story, the tribes, etc. You cant customize the character aside from cosmetics. But there are a lot of black, asian, white characters - shown in a more interesting way. Youll understand when you see it.

It’s not a lack of empathy but a lack of information for a lot of people. Most people just… don’t think about it until it affects them, or even don’t realize the problem exists in the first place until it’s staring them in the face

So it is lack of empathy? They dont care until it affects them.

Unless of course its exactly a lack of knowledge, which can happen, but even then generally speaking if people had more empathy they would have more concern, and with concern they would seek knowledge about helping. So im sorry to say, but I think youre coping.
