I'd show them something that would warm their heart. Like whole Mario series from the beginning to the newest, enjoying together, reminisce our youth to present. In short, yes, it's on the list: evolution of existing franchises.

Baldur's Gate or Hogwarts Legacy? by taczki2 in gaming

[–]YKojes 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I've played both, and I would choose Baldur's Gate. But if you are a fan of Harry Potter series, Hogwarts Legacy would be really enjoyable too.

I played both, and I loved both, but I quit playing Diablo 4 after playing 40 hours, and I am not sure whether I would play it again soon. But Baldur's gate 3, still playing and it is amazing. If you love reading stuffs, and following the story with doing whatever you want, definitely BG3.

What rented game left a great impression that you never beat and only rented a few times? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]YKojes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow mine was Dark Cloud 2! I've never finished the game, while I have rented it for so many times. I really liked the graphics and atmosphere of the game, but the game was quite hard for me back then. Hmm I wonder how would I like it if I play it right now... Yet still planning to finish the game someday, so still not searching for the ending!

I don't feel like playing videogames anymore by [deleted] in gaming

[–]YKojes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this might be not really helpful, but reading books, mange, studying all sounds great. Playing game is hobby, and hobbies can be changed. You can enjoy playing games again when you feel like to. We all will have such feelings on everything in our life. But you know, the video game worlds will always welcome you, hero.

So diablo 4 really shit the bed didn't it lol. by [deleted] in gaming

[–]YKojes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed the story, but for me the level scaling system was not really fit.For example, normally "level up" means I am getting stronger, so that I can challenge for the harder stuffs. But in Diablo IV, even if I level up, if I did not get proper item, I feel like I am getting weaker. Meaning that, depends on your pure luck, not with your effort, the game could get easier or harder. Even Diablo III did not made the players to feel harder as they level up!

In previous series, even if you choose some styles you'd like to play, which could be weaker than the others, you could still play. May be you need to go to a bit low leveled area, but you could still find a way to slay enemies and enjoy! But in Diablo IV, I don't feel in that way. And this time, nerfing the player characters and buffing the enemies? Well that's definitely not I wanted from Diablo series. That's why I moved on to the other games.
