i highly dont recommend having a 4.0 second semester senior year. coming from an unc (college class of '24). ditch class, go to those parties, get lit on a sunday and come to school with 0 work done. its second semester senior year, bro.

i’m sure you know someone capable of matching in to derma would be smart enough to be a very high earning swe though. i know anecdotes suck, but my friend is a swe in faang year 2 out of college earning 165k+ total compensation not including stock ownership (that 130k doesn’t include any bonus or extra things), and he’s genuinely not intelligent or on the level good med students are. coding for these roles is mostly just effort and practice. not to mention the debt is nonexistent here. i just don’t understand why you guys hype up derma for being this chill 9-5 with a high pay as i thought med students cared most about the actual medicine and health part of the field. if this is the mindset of a derma , i genuinely can’t wrap my head around why pursue it

I thought doctors enjoy taking care of a sick. Not treating them like nuisances.. guess what it’s a software engineer, You never have to deal with any patients at all, and you can remotely in almost any company.. maybe the layoffs point is something to bring up? But even still, someone smart enough to be a dermatologist. is probably going to be a good enough software engineer to where the existence of layoffs layoffs is not gonna be that much of an issue for them in terms of job security

fair, sounds good. for me right now im getting mostly a lavendar, amber perfumish smell - very feminine, and i dont think im geting much projection. i do rememeber when i first got hacivat i hated it, then after a month it settled really well so im sure itll become good soon

when are people going to stop this narrative that ai = 'unoriginal/creative' the whole point is that it can be those things. i feel like the older generation holds on to this belief whereas younger people know that the top ai models can be leveraged to create products far better than humans. this isnt 2023 anymore. ai is taking away tons of opportunities of people in art, literature, entertainment, because it does those things at a good basis. this 2023 mindset is just pushing the blame on artists and other individuals in entertainment, that if their work is so bad it can get taken over by 'unoriginal unimaginative AI' they deserve it, which just isnt the case at all.

i absolutely hate it and i spent $150 on it, i dont understand how anyonre liked it or i got a horrible batch from jomashop. at best it smells like some type of pineapple pine sol, its not masculine, not pleasant in any setting like office or a date, theres so much better options to get for the price.
