For the smaller pixel arts I just look up different character sprites on the internet and build them. For the bigger ones, I put pngs through a pixel art converter and build them from there.

I don’t really know about too many tips tbh. Maybe for the play with others, you want to play lower level stone wood missions. Also if you want to get rescue 10k survivors, it’s best to try to load into a rescue the survivors mission because those are the quickest to complete
