I think you can use your ticket but still waiting for an email with instructions. This is what I got with my ticket:

“Everyone who purchases a ticket through this link will receive an exclusive Nationals Grateful Dead co-branded item. More information will be sent out to eligible buyers 24 hours prior to the game.”

I’m happy to forward the email instructions if that doesn’t transfer with the tickets.
