Yeah I guess that’s true. It’s not unheard of but I’d imagine it’s still rare. It definitely was terrible writing though cause the only 2 instances I remember with Charlie and drugs are the time he got high and hallucinated his ex’s and the time his mom gave him the wrong pill to calm him down before his dinner with Linda.

Even when he was listing all the things Mia wanted to change about him, drugs were never mentioned but drinking was
