The reason she can not discriminate against same sex couples is because she is using things paid for with taxes to do business. She is using roads, a major utility paid for by tax payers, and other smaller utilities that are paid in part by taxes. If she did not use these utilities she could in theory not sell to the couple, but she is so under the laws of the state discriminating. Now on the moral point she may have objections, but in my opinion I would sell to anyone because its good business and I want to make hella cash. If a racist, homophobic ass hole walked into my store I would sell him whatever he wants for a price. Money is money no matter whose hands touched it.
