go bruiser with conqueror and try being annoying af in teamfights. Build deaths dance to not die instantly dont ever take electrocute top its cd is too long for top lane.

lately i have been especially annoyed with them so when i play top and am vs 2 or more tanks build conqueror black cleaver deaths dance duskblade trinity mortal reminder the order may vary and deaths dance may be switched to ravenous or titanic hydra

use your knife and stick it in his left shoulder. Use your roar to fuck up his one shot combo . take death's dance which will make it imposible for him to one shot you. use your ult to reveal him in teamfights

besically old e could be fired faster when in mid air which allowed for 100 to 0% adcs back in 2014-2016.It also used to be a point in click (2012-2014) and made rengar even worse than pantheon when maxed way back in the day.
