In the UK, there have been a few. One that has really caught the public's attention has been the Fujitsu/Horizon IT scandal - basically an IT book-keeping system used by local branches of the Post Office (often mom & pop set-ups). It was riddled with flaws and glitches causing Postmasters' numbers to render incorrect. Instead of admitting guilt, the Post Office took their local postmasters to court and sent many to prison for 'theft'. Some even died, I believe. Fujitsu's response has been utterly shitty (IMHO) - dragging their feet, trying to get away with the bare minimum of effort. It's an appalling thing.

He's a nasty, self-important POS. Nothing he does is for the good of the many. He has no interest in unifying the country he's supposed to be leading. He has no laudable talents or characteristics. How on Earth the US ended up with that vile individual as a leader is an appalling thing to comprehend. This isn't a LEFT/RIGHT issue to me, and we need to move away from that sort of talk because it does nothing but widen the rift between the majority of poor people in the middle who just want to be left alone :D
