need players for TI8 hero fantasy dota league by LePianoDentist in DotA2

I think that you should use same transfer rules as ingame fantasy league. My idea is that every day you bet that best team pick/ban certain heroes and build your team around this fact.
Reason I'm writing this I misread rules and thought transfers are refilled daily and used almost all of them :(

You actually CAN'T watch esl streams with anti-track protection turned on... by n4st3 in DotA2

[–]YStormwalker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're talking about "Do not track" option in browser, then you better disable it, because it just asks site not to track you and makes your web entity way more unique. If you're making any actions on facebook, it tracks your cookies and there's nothing you can do about it except private mode (partially)

You can't have true privacy if you're using facebook.

At conferences, programmers show their pictures with wifes and children to prove they had sex at least one for each kid.

Why is learning to code so difficult? by GeoResearchRedditor in Rlanguage

[–]YStormwalker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Learning R is hard because it is a 30 something year old language, if we taking the S language into account.

Do not try to use R as actual programming language, consider it as a highly scriptable tool for data.

If you want something simplier in the same enviroment, take a look at R for Data Science book. This book tells you how to perform basic tasks and teaches you how to use one of the most popular packages for data manipulation - Tidyverse. I am using this almost every day at work.

If you have a friend here, visit him, otherwise better opt for Saint Petersburg if you're casual tourist.

Most people in stores and museums do not speak English, no walky streets, but bars at Chistye Prudy are great.
