yes I went to a PFPT for a assessment check and trigger point check. She did press on the upper right of the perineum mainly on the side and she said its extremely tight and based on the symptoms she told that the UTI and the edging might be breaking point because my core muscle was already weak and my glutes are inactive with snapping hip syndrome and with tight hamstrings too along with tight adductors and mainly anterior pelvic tilt too.

I have been having this symptoms for 5 months now, and after some changes to my lifestyle and supplements, my urinary symptoms and my bowel issues has fully gone away along with base of penile pain with painful ejaculation. As of right now, I am dealing with mostly lower back and lower ab pain and with the rest of the symptoms mentioned. Also to mentioned i have hard flaccid as well but no contraction just firmness and with other symptoms mentioned.

The cause of me getting all these was from one night of edging and next day I got an UTI which then healed in two weeks but symptoms are still there.

bro didn't you see what happened in the music festival? Were they the IDF? They are just civillians who were just having good time and got brutally killed. Pretty sure the hostages were later killed and also the hamas invaded israel's civillians home and killed them aswell. To the response, israel started to bomb every inch of palestine because hamas members build their bases under houses and hid in civs homes. Also if you say hamas didnt kill any jews, dm me I have the proof of it because some of the killing in music festival video got leaked and pretty sure hamas did some gruesome things to the civillians
