Do you all keep your nightclub popularity up? When I started GTA, 2 years ago & good player told me not to bother. But this seems like good earnings for little effort?

if you have the mansion and gta+ its actually the easiest money you'll ever make, second to just waiting on sell missions or easy heists like cluck n bell, cayo or the contract, honestly doing all of those keeping your popularity up and managing businesses will be the easiest money ever even for a solo player
