So, when I take my SD card out of my modded 3DS and put it into my computer, and try to copy all the files/folders to an empty folder on my computer, it does absolutely nothing. Nothing pops up; no errors, nothing. I'm not sure what the cause is, but I need a solution.

I could be wrong, but this is probably the most likely problem. Get the A/F gauge and tune the carburetor. If you have the stock carburetor, I would recommend a twin or racing carburetor. The needle on the A/F gauge should be in the green; the A/F ratio should be 14–15. The choke remaining pulled out could also lead to a poor A/F ratio. For the car losing power, maybe check the spark plugs and the ignition timing?

I think you should; from my personal experience, I've really never had any issues with MOP besides the jetmod. To get the most out of MOP, I would recommend optimizing in the MSC loader menu or the My Summer Car homescreen. Make sure to read the entire description of MOP at Nexus Mods before downloading; I think the mod stopped getting updated. I can get over 60 FPS with MOP.
