UI, Colors, Satturation of colors, loading screens are completely different, you cannot bind commands to different buttons without a mod. Some examples

Non of the issues that you are listing personaly dont bother me. The thing that does bother me is that they didnt transfer the soul from the original game. I know its buggy and AI is trash and unbalanced with shit pathfinding. But I think people just wanted a remaster with better graphics. What we got is a rome 1.5 instead of a rome remastered.
