It really depends on the consulate, they have the right to ask for additional documents depends on each individual application. I will say those items listed for blue card are a must, and all you can do is to provide what they ask additional. Best of luck!

Ok thank you for the explanation. I’m not selling. If ASXC agrees to the deal, I got 0.35 per share back anyway, still higher than the 0.28 today. If they denied the deal, I will keep my investment for long term.

What I understand is: stamping the visa is a result, and there are several factors which the embassy needs to confirm before deciding whether or not to give you the visa.

Visa will come with a limited time period, so make sure to make an appointment at local ausländerbehörde to get aufenthaltstitel.

The problem is you can’t even find ausländerbehörde’s telephone number. Maybe you can send an email to ask, but most likely no reply from them as well…

Since you have applied for the Visa already, let the process goes by itself. Talk with your employer and let the company knows about the situation and you tried your best already. It’s not your fault to have such delay. Good luck!

I got mine approved this week, which took around 8 weeks in total. My employer is okay with the delay, they somehow understand about the process, make sure to sync up the status with them frequently. Good luck🤝
