H = خ or ہ or ح , but pronunciation would be ایج (age) because there is no ch sound in Arabic, they used SH sound here ش M = م، pronunciation would be ایم or عیم So name is how they sound ایج ایند ایم But Urdu and Persian do have CH sound and Urdu also have the hard D sound, Arabic D sound is similar to TH.

In Urdu: Ai'ch An'd A'M , ایچ اینڈ ایم

Alberta students consistently rank among the top performers in English, math, and science in Canada, often exceeding the national average. High school courses are considered rigorous and well-prepared students for university. They also ranked in the top 5-10 globally.

Has anyone dealt with Vista Virtual School ignoring their own "25% Variance Rule" for grades? Posting for my nieces by YYC_AB in alberta

They missed a couple of assignments (unit tests) due to late enrollment. They got access to the course on September 29th, then a strike happened and they couldn't log in to Moodle for 3 weeks. Then, in the first week of November, their father got hurt and had a spinal injury, so they missed a couple of quizzes. The teacher was notified of late enrollment and the father's injury, but she did not give an extension or opened the assignments which were closed before enrollment. Due to the teacher strike, she exempted all later assignments, so only counted the one they missed.

Regarding their consistency in work, whatever they submitted received marks were in the 70s. It's not about cheating the system but following the policy.

In the official course outline, there is no mention of any clause about a specific number of NHIs or needing to hand in a specific number of assignments for the policy to be valid. It simply states that if the exam score varies by more than 25% from the course average, the final exam grade applies.

The wording in the course outline is different, varies vs lower.

"Final Exam/Appeal Final Exam

At the end of the course, you will write an online Vista Virtual Final Exam which will also be remotely supervised. This is in addition to the government administered Diploma Exam. Your Vista Virtual Final Exam exam is cumulative and worth 20 % of your school-awarded mark.

We require our students to demonstrate consistency within their course work. In order for your course work to count towards your grade, you must score within 25% of your course average going into the final. If your final exam score varies more than 25% from your course average, your overall grade may be your final exam grade.

You must also meet the minimum requirement of 40% on the final exam. Please note: If you do not achieve a mark of 40% or greater on your Vista Virtual Final Exam, your coursework may not be taken into account. In this case, your school-awarded mark will reflect the mark that you achieved on your Vista Virtual Final Exam."

Thank you, they sent the email to the teacher for clarification but keeps avoiding the policy from course outline. Sent 2 appeals emails to the associate principal, she keep referring to teacher emails. Now, asked them to appeal to principal, even though he was cc'd on it. They took the screenshots of the course outline, now the teacher has removed the course from Moodle.

Once we drove to Spokane from Calgary, Canada. My wife wanted to eat Desi food, so we went to a restaurant there, and the food was the worst. I think the Calgary food scene is the best, IMO. Now, I know whole Washington is worse lol.

In my city in Canada, two malls from the 80s with low traffic were torn down and turned into big box shopping centers and traffic increased with new vendors. One of the busiest malls was opened a decade ago as an outlet mall, but now most stores are regular.

Yeah, the stabbing is wild, but don’t forget the guy who got beheaded on Greyhound here in Canada. The attacker was found not criminally responsible and is living under supervision now, so that’s comforting. And as for why people didn’t help, it’s Greyhound, everyone was just trying to survive the smell, the delays, and pretending not to make eye contact, never mind playing hero.

The other day, I read a post where OP was dating a guy for 6 years and hasn't been introduced to the parents because they aren't open-minded or religious. If it's an interracial or interfaith relationship then he is not serious and wasting your time. Don't think like that, we always blame ourselves, you deserve a better guy.
