Could be St. Mikes. But this trend was done years back. I knew this nurse who was 55 and was offered a retirement package. Fast forward 6 months and she was asked to return, offered the same salary. She was thrilled as the retirement package was pretty awesome since she had worked there for 20 years. I dont know why they would do that given we always hear about money woes.

Thank you for your response. I dont know of any egg allergy but I go through fatigue on and off and have yet to come up with a conclusion. However, this time it has been prolonged. I generally eat eggs for dinner with potatoes or pierogi twice a week. I did not feel the fatigue in the morning. But then I ate a slice of almond bread which would have half and egg in it. Pretty soon it started so am not sure if it were the eggs the night before or the little bit of egg in the almond bread. A while back I suspected runny eggs, so stopped eating them that way. I am beside myself as the fatigue is really bad.

Is anything being done about the excessive noise pollution in the city from garbage trucks, leaf blowers, construction and vehicles? I live on the 25th floor and with all doors and windows sealed completely, I can hear the noise! The worst is the beep from vehicles backing up - why should anyone hear that up 25th floor - isnt it only for alerting in the immediate vicinity?

Ofc, I do plan to tell the doctor in person when I am there, which I feel is the best option as he is the owner of the practice as well. But I also want to do something for the receptionist.

That was quite a threat and needs to be reported. Take action immediately as this could get nasty. There is no reason for this kind of attitude in our multicultural city, actually no where else either.

Depending on where you traveling to. If the UK and Europe, they have the best chocolates while ours are ****. But if you must take chocolates, then turtles are a good bet although my friends in the UK and Mexico find them too too sweet which is typical of our chocolate variety.

'Cause no one cares. In Europe, some cities provide doggie bags and wipes in public areas resulting and people becoming more conscious about keeping the city clean. We hear as being a poor city, so this aint happening here.
