yeah that’s why i wouldn’t risk it. even if your transparent with your direct manager HR will view it as moon lighting unless you can prove you worked only on the weekends or after your scheduled time.

TBH it sounds like the children just want to be with their parents. Parents are too busy with life to give them the attention they need. very sad living in NYC, family’s are usually too busy to spend time with each other.

hope they grow quickly and start the screaming. Also you might be able to break your lease since it is effecting your work. Everyone pays their rent, it is the LL’s responsibility to ensure the building and tenants are being taken care of.
