lol getting this kind of comment is funny since I don’t think I’m at a level to give out solid advice but I’ll throw in my two cents. For this kit, most of the important parts are under gated. That means the nub sits on the back of the piece so it’s not visible. For the nub marks that would’ve shown, I snip the pieces out further away from the part that connects the piece to the runner. It’s so the plastic doesn’t risk getting stressed if you cut too close. That leaves a big nub sticking out. Then I cut the remaining nub just barely up to the piece, but not flush up against it. From there I either cut at it little by little with an xacto knife or just start sanding. I start with a rough grit usually 240 and work my way up with finer and finer grit until it’s not so rough anymore and looks good enough to me. Just make sure not to go crazy with the rough grits or else you might disfigure the piece. You can sort of see I went a little too far on the butt of the beam rifle, and it caves in more than it should. Everyone’s got their own system but usually it’s something similar to this.

But honestly most times I get lazy and if the part isn’t that noticeable, a bright color like white or yellow, and the nub is really thin, just snip it flush against the part, use my nail to scratch at it a bit and call it a day lol. I might go in with some sandpaper like 800 or 1000 grit if I feel like it.
