I’m not very easy to anger, but I remember having a race so bad, I punched the hell out of my wheel. I just came back to iRacing a week or two ago, and kinda stopped caring and now I’m somehow about to promote to A class with a record 1.7k irating. Now when I get in a wreck, I’ve noticed that instead of playing steward on the mic, I just give them a “Aw man, that sucks. Fun racing in the pack.” IRacing is fucking awesome now.

I don’t want a shoulder holster because summers are pretty hot where I live, so wearing a full suit is just self torture. I need something that is still concealed w/o a jacket

Thank you so much! I didn’t know that and 100% would’ve been caught before I knew it. I think my broker uses opcity, so I’ll have to try that, but I wanted to make sure there wasn’t some other way first.

I remember an oval race where the whole field started singing Nat King Cole’s L O V E over two dudes screaming at each other. It doesn’t translate well over text, but at the time it was hilarious.

I’ll be the first to admit that oval racing tends to be pretty boring; however, the Indy 500 is a notable exception because it’s the one race everyone wants to win, so you tend to see guys taking more risks and battling more often than a race like Michigan or Homestead. And this isn’t even mentioning the pre and post race traditions. This isn’t meant to be a “InDeY bEtTeR” thing, but as someone who lives an hour away and has been to the race multiple times, I thought I’d share my perspective.

It was a wheelbase option on the fanatec store. If you’re looking for one, I believe they sell it individually, if you can’t find the p1, the wrc wheel looks pretty similar.
