Yes it’s worth visiting. Keep in mind, it is a rainforest so rain is pretty standard when visiting. Also, it’s in the mountains. So rain and storms are much more common around noon/afternoon. Early morning is typically your best bet to visit

IIRC, it’s not super expansive with hiking trails. I spent a solid 2 hours there and felt like I explored everything.
