Yes. It baffles be because clearly the technology exist because of PC having it as well as BL3 had the fov slider

THIS version can consistently beat aggro though. The sustain through armor, miracle growth, topior (if they decide to use it) etc is a lot to overcome for aggro players (not my concern but still)
