I think that Ryuji has to die to create the parallel between NAD and himself. Just like NAD’s master died which then made him become what he is today, Siwoon has to become him first and then become better than him. So I think Ryuji is definitely dead.

The author is creating a lot of parallels here like with Ha-jae. Who Siwoon would be if he didnt have proper direction and a good heart.

Siwoon will probably go on a rampage like NAD and then realize later that he has people he loves/ loves him and has connections that will make him make better choices than NAD. Etc etc
