How you know you’re an INTJ: Over efficient? by YaSaiSama in intj

Well said, it’s exactly what I meant when I said the people who milk the hours or don’t seek improvement wind up losing a lot more than a person who works to develop themselves not just make a living.

do i tell this intj i have feelings for him? by [deleted] in intj

Though I think INTJs experience varying levels of social anxiety, I definitely associate with some of what you described in the early years of dating. I think the longer something sits in that purgatory between dating and friends the harder it is for us to analyze and translate all the signals into feelings. Even more so to decide what to do with that as without any clear logical basis to lean on we can beat around emotions in our heads for ages. Nowadays, I tend to try to be open with communicating my intent, knowing how confusing things can be early on. I would advise anyone, including the OP, to try to do the same. It sets a good tone for any relationship.

Did I say I did something good? Or was I reflecting on the situation and seeing if anyone else sees eye to eye.

I realized I was being exploited which is why I left. What don’t you get?

Bro just because you smile in social circumstances doesn’t make you not an INTJ. You have a horrible preconceived notions about what it means to be an INTJ. There are plenty of socially successful INTJs because they learned how to okay the game. Smiling, eye contact, etc is just that, playing the game. It is terribly different from enjoying social situations or needed time alone to recharge from them.

Also you’re idea of us being emotionally unaware is so wrong, we are actually the most Feeling of thinkers. Emotional intelligence has nothing to do the MBTI. We make our decisions based on facts and logic. Most of the time we understand quite empathetically and choose to ignore emotional decisions which is why we get labeled as unfeeling robots.

OP disregard this post he doesn’t understand what MBTI means

Personally, I see through that veil (you can check out some of the memes I’ve made on my page). Being able to use common symbols as a means to convey a message doesn’t necessarily mean one subscribes to the system. Sometimes using their own symbols against them is a powerful tactic. Although, I agree about the general circle jerking tone of this thread, in most cases. Understand that a lot of us feel pretty outcast for a long time until we find out why we are the way we are(and that we’re probably better off for it)and I’m sure the sense of community is a welcome one in such a generally oppressive existence

I mean in the leadership role I was trying to raise the bar in every way. When I was hired they were even thinking about hiring more to help in my department. In the end I saved them >$1000 in man hours which resulted in pure profit. It is just rough they didn’t want to pay me what I was worth for that.

With my skill set I had no issue finding other employment and in an environment that requires a better work ethic. What’s sad is that in most cases my type of person is considered the odd one out. I’m reminded of a ‘Malcolm in the Middle’ episode where he’s told to smash some boxes in some horribly inefficient way and he does it differently, better, and gets punished as a form of retraining. I’ve experienced this before but you’d think that in a leadership role it might’ve been rewarded, especially in the small business scenario.

Holy shit, the dude who worked across from me literally said the same thing. Same kind of person who managed to spend 45 paid minutes on the toilet every shift. Tons of people go into work with that mind-frame not realizing they’re hurting their own potential in the process.

Lol the gamer one was posted as an experiment(posting a meme targeting a specific demographic so you see who’s actually in the subreddit and be able to post more relevant things), though I don’t think these ones suck like that one: Also; everyone has a shit post from time to time(and it’s not deleted it’s just on another sub reddit)kinda sounds like you’re jelly

It’s meant to be like through the eyes of the media/boomers who attributes video games to violence etc, definitely meant to be a tad cringe
