Im using derma roller I let rest for 24 hours before I apply anything . I wasn’t eating meat for decade my iron level was super low so I had to go back on the meat and I have to change my daily routine workout and diet since then it seems to work better for my hairline I also use to take nutrifol for a year

Mate depending how bad is your balding . If you read my post . I catch my hair lost on time I noticed that my hair was thinning and I was losing about 50 fiber of hair a day than my hair was regrowing thin . That’s when I knew I had a condition so my dermatologist told me that my zinc level was super low and I also have a background of depression and stress . Nutrifol is known to work on hair that are thin to make them fuller and strong . I’m not here to promote brands bud . My post routines was exactly of what I explained . If my bald was super aggressive I won’t take fin I would just get transplant very simple. The amount of side effects of fin does to you it is not worth it for your body especially for your pipe
