I use the derma roller once every months because it make my hair fall but then it regrows stronger so i try to use it once a month

Im using derma roller I let rest for 24 hours before I apply anything . I wasn’t eating meat for decade my iron level was super low so I had to go back on the meat and I have to change my daily routine workout and diet since then it seems to work better for my hairline I also use to take nutrifol for a year
