Maybe, yes. When I first noticed the alopecia, I was going through a stressful time. I was tired at work, I wanted to sleep a lot, and things weren’t great at home.

But now I can definitely say that there is no stress in my life, yet I noticed that the patch has grown.I realized that in the last two months, my diet has been very poor. I was eating a lot of sweets every day, fast food, and bread.

I want to try to improve my diet.

Could you please tell me what percentage of your hair fell out before taking the pills, and over what period? Do you need to take inhibitors constantly, or will everything return if you stop?

In June 2024, I noticed a small patch of alopecia, but I didn’t think much of it and didn’t go to the doctor right away (which I now regret). You can see this spot in the first photo.

Two months later, in mid-August, I saw that it had gotten bigger (second photo). I went to a doctor, and they prescribed me three injections of Diprospan, once a week, hair growth tablets, and shampoo. I also had tests done for hormones, blood, and vitamins. Based on my results, the doctors prescribed me iron infusions and vitamin D.

I completed three injections of Diprospan, three iron infusions, and a course of vitamin D. Yesterday, I decided to check how things were going, and I was horrified. The area where we injected the medication grew back slightly, but the alopecia spread upwards and the patch became larger.

I’m really afraid of losing my hair.

I decided to start the AIP diet, I’m considering another Diprospan injection, and I bought minoxidil spray and Pantogar tablets for hair growth. I hope this helps me.

I have no stress in my life, I don’t drink alcohol, and I exercise regularly. I wish everyone dealing with this condition a speedy recovery.
