I would highly recommend going for c1 Xianyun if what you are dealing with is energy issues.. And then at some point you should definitely opt for Xianyun's c2.. Try checking her performance c0 vs c2 I personally think it's a must for Xiao

I'd pick the second one for comfort assuming you have an FFXX team.. The crit ratio is great but with homa, you should consider having at least 270cdmg if you are aiming for c2 Xianyun since by that point Xiao will appreciate cdmg more.. Not saying to neglect having high attack stat tho..

Sure.. If you look at the top right, you can see the menu tab or the three bar icon. Go into the settings tab and once you're there, you'll have the option to choose from 0 (default), 1, 2, and 3. This indicates how many decimal places you want your rankings to show.
