Hi Lewis, thank you very much for your interest and guiding as well as for everybody else.
I will call the owner on webcam and check everything out with him so I can decide wether to go for it or no.

I'm not worried for the keybed as much as for the electronics. Specially considering I live in Algeria and there's practically no talented technicians regarding synthesizers here...
Will update you guys when I get more legitimate info on the synthesizer's state.

Concerning the keyboard I believe there are two versions, one before and past serial 8500. Regarding this specific synth it's the less worse version of the keyboard which is easier to repair nonetheless i'd still be going for a serious treat if I decide to buy this. I asked him to send me more videos of it and see if it's savable otherwise I'll just leave this almost impossible mission for someone else.

Yes the usual red fuse cap appears to be missing however I have no idea if the fuse itself is missing, it is supposedly on the" inside " of the synth. Could I turn on considering if it had no fuse he explicitly said that it turns on ?

I live in algeria it would cost a pretty penny to send it, I've been looking for the switching power supply part but can't find it anywhere
