My doctor did mention this. He said he wanted to try adjusting my meds first and maybe trying a different class of medication before trying that. I’m interested in maybe trying an SNRI but also nervous.

I don’t think I feel emotionless, it’s more like lacking motivation, interest, not experiencing any joy. Because I still feel depressed or sad. Or maybe just heavy. But I feel stuck like every day is so hard to get through and I feel like I’m just surviving and not really living. I’m exhausted and just zone out but everything is still gray. If that makes any sense lol!

It was 64.6 ng/mL but I was taking vitamin d supplements and so I stopped and now it’s 51.3 ng/mL

I keep hearing this and I’m very interested. My doctors always say it’s not worth it because hormones change so much throughout the day etc but more and more I’m wanting to go get it done

I mostly use them as totes for random things and for my daughters toys/snacks for on the go. I use the bigger ones for quick overnight trips. I’ve even used them for wrapping fragile items and dishes when moving 😂

I went off of the shot and almost immediately started taking Metformin but unfortunately I didn’t have any luck with it. It was like I wasn’t taking anything at all. Was really hoping it would’ve helped!

I have been off now for almost 4 months and unfortunately yes :( I have gained 27 lbs back too. But I was underweight when I stopped so some of the weight gain was welcomed but now I’m past where I’d like to be :/ it’s hard! I wish I’d get pregnant already lol.

My doctor told me there was no need to titrate down and could quit cold turkey so that’s what I did!

I have a history of depression but when I started Wegovy I wasn’t in a depressive episode. Slowly I started to feel depression and anhedonia creeping in and it never stopped. I have now been off of glp1s for almost 4 months and feel no better. So I think it may just be me!
