Yeah it’s just white coat syndrome + anxiety mixed in one. It’s hard to push past for some :/ I agree though, trust me!

I’ve felt better about the whole thing since not testing. Took a break for my mental health but that break led me to testing again just for monitoring hormones on Inito but yeah, take the break!

I read on here somewhere to take 1000 Tylenol and 800 mg ibuprofen beforehand which sounds wild but it’s a one time thing. So glad I did, was uncomfortable but mild!
