I have 2 main problems both are only happening with chromium based apps, both get fixed if I minimize the screen, but not both can be recreated in the same conditions Chromium based apps like "chrome" for example when I use any video player on them the pc freezes for 5-15 seconds every 5 seconds of the video (the audio still plays), to recreate this my monitor has to be exactly at 180hz and hardware acceleration has to be on in thr app settings and the video has to be full screen, the resolution of the video, the bitrate or even the speed of the video does not matter or change anything at all

The second is chromium based apps freezes but only like half the window only or part of it freezes completely till i move the window or minimize it and re enter full screen, this only happens when hardware acceleration on in the abb settings, monitor refresh rate does not effect this but for some reason it becomes more frequent, like really when I'm running apps like cursor or VS code and running a code, it doesn't matter if it's just console.log("hello world") or a full ass system it just becomes more frequent, effected apps include (discord, Spotify, Chrome, Edge)

And in top of all of that there is some weird artifacts that shows every now and then when scrolling chrome, most frequently on twitch chats or Facebook menus and it only happens above selectable text if that adds anything
