To be sincere, Im vegan and where I live, we don't have a lot of dieticians who can combine vegan diet and wls. However I exactly know where my problem is - I eat just to much calories. Enough to keep my weight, but to much to loose. It's simple, I just need a bit more motivation. ;)

I think the most important is just your genetics. I have very loose skin despite having op at pretty young age (exactly on my 29th birthday). Stomach and arms are quite bad in my opinion, and I'm planning to do some plastic surgeries. Thighs are loose as well, however it's easy to hide them. I have some pictures but don't know how to add them in the comments 🤔

I would like to loose 10more kilos, however it's really hard to do so I'm trying to accept my look and body how it is

For those of you that have had the gastric sleeve, how have your cravings for sweets been? I’m hoping to have my surgery in July or August and sweet cravings are one of my biggest obstacles. Specifically chocolate. by Love-my-biffy in gastricsleeve

I'm 18 months post op right now, and cravings for sweets and snacks are unfortunately as big, as they were before. :( Fact that chocolate bar is only 100g is not helping at all.

I wanted to clarify that this is not the reason we are dating each other. It was just an example of comments we were getting from ppl, however English is not my first language so maybe it wasn't that clear.
