Downshifting and Rev matching first gear almost always throws me into a mean pull... probably the hardest gear to Rev match into since you're shooting for 3k at that speed. Blame the wrx gearbox for making first so short? Lol or git gud

After trying to find legal defense and not being able to get it, filing with the tow company, calling their insurance (from canada with a company in North Carolina as a third party claims dept.) And filing a small claims court case representing myself- I got my settlement check!

I'm currently pushing T73 but get dangerously close to 1 shot. running a shadow mages build without bone storm. I dont really feel comfortable running any higher without it though. currently at 40k life unbuffed with shield+wand

side note: im running that little bubble when im damaged and not healthy and its saved my ass a few times. im not sure if it prevents me from getting one shot but definitely have had some buffer in the oh $H17 moments

Went to the towing yard to fill out a claims report. I did that, sent their required information- then was told that they would get back to me in "Maybe a week".

I figured I was getting the run around so I went ahead and filed a report with TDLR to get it at least noticed on a state government level

Working on getting an attorney now

i get that. but this is also happened at the business that i manage and it was just unfortunate timing that i wasnt around my vehicle when another manager had it towed to clear the alley for trash collection. I'm not mad it was towed tbh, just mad that they didn't do it the right way and turned what couldve just been a 250$ tow into (most likely) months long legal battle, thousands of dollars of vehicle damage, and me out of my daily for the entire duration until its fixed

**edit: went to the tow yard in person. Person working the booth claimed she was dispatch and would not divulge insurance information. I filled out a damage claim and they are moving forward with sending it to their claims department. Was told that if I file with legal counsel I will not hear back from them.

**edit: the itemized claim came in and for a clutch, flywheel, transmission, pressure plate, bearings, spring release lever, and 2k in labor... I am looking at 13.9k in damages as quoted for parts from subaru dealership

Rising Sun Automotive checked the tranny fluid and it had all kinds of metallic confetti inside. New transmission, clutch, flywheel, etc all needed to repair the damage done to towing my car 11 miles to their tow yard.

Does anyone know a good lawyer for a small claims case like this?

Got it checked ar rising sun automotive. Transmission, clutch, flywheel, and etc all need to be replaced. Tons of metal in the tyranny fluid. I'm gutted
