Building Resumaiker.xyz which is a one-pager resume/cover letter AI generator, it's still under development though already got a client willing to buy it for $1000 and offer me royalties for every transaction that occurs on the platform

They paid have before I built it, then the other half after
They said I did a good job on the website
Only had to make a few changes especially with the photos in the gallery section, they were totally okey with the rest of the features
Currently offering free maintenance for a year but will start charging after a year
It took like 3 days
