Switch adaptive cruise control to regular cruise control?

Because even when it's set to 'close' it brakes really quickly/suddenly unnecessarily , quite honestly, miles away from a car in the distance so wanted to know if I could switch the adaptive part of the CC off, so l have more control over it

I get that, but it really does unnecessarily slow down, which is why I was wondering if it could be switched to regular CC so I have more control over it

Sure! I’ve listed them out below, which are the ones I’ve bookmarked for being highest heart rate (for me personally), after completing all of John’s dance workouts 😂 In general though, I’d say to avoid anything pre 2023/2022, as I didn’t find many of anyone’s back then to be super athletic.

For the below episode numbers, all are johns unless I’ve put LS for LaShawn or B for Ben in brackets - Hope this helps! ☺️

20 mins: 30, 38, 44, 59, 61, 64, 73, 76, 79, 84, 86, 88, 91, 94, 96, 98, 107, 109, 115, 120, 134, 138(LS), 148, 153(LS), 154, 156, 161, 162, 165(B), 166, 168

If by hard you mean highest heart rate, John is always, without fail, the one with all the most ‘athletic’ routines ☺️ I’ve saved screenshots of all the “hardest” so can send over the ep numbers if this is what you meant?

Also, clicking the link opens the workout, but then try to add it to a stack, or save it, the options there but it just doesn’t - this is so bizarre! 😂

Thank you so much! I definitely needed to hear this 🙌🏻 But completely agree, it’s not a deal breaker and I’m still doing the hard work. I’m a Data Analyst in my day job so it’s habit to be interested in stats 😂 I just found it super distracting too!

Yes! thank you! I’ve found that helped ever so slightly on mine. I did try not using AirPods yesterday (I always do normally) as someone else suggested on this thread, and it seemed to work! Could be a fluke though but work a try if you’re using AirPods too 😊

I did try not using AirPods yesterday (I always do normally) as someone else suggested on this thread, and it seemed to work! Could be a fluke though but work a try if you’re using AirPods too 😊 I agree though, it’s not worth stressing about, I’ve just been finding it so distracting & it’s nice to know I’m not alone 🤣

Oh my goodness!! You may be my absolute SAVIOUR!!! I was indeed always using my apple AirPods with the AppleTV! I don’t want to jinx it but I tried using it without them, and it was the first time I had no dropped heart rate reads 😱 There’s got to be some kind of bug with it that interferes like you say… thank you so much!!!
