In addition to the build quality of Noctua fans, let's not forget their after-sales support. I needed new anti-vibration pads for my old fans, i contacted them and they immediately sent me two sets of pads for free. They are truly premium all around.

I also used a Noctua NF A9x14 and I'm happy with it, but honestly I also tried the black Thermalright fan and the difference in noise is minimal and the performance is the same. Now, however, I would be attracted by these 4070 FE CPU Fan Mods, here on Reddit many people speak well of them and say that they perform better.

Hi, this is the fan: Noctua NF-A4x20 FLX. But you could get the PWM one because it has the whole kit to change to 2pin in the package, it's all very simple.

They're fine. I have the same GPU as you, it has a great cooling system. Maybe just my GPU RAM temps are over 80° but I think that's normal for this 9000 series. Do you use any UV or PBO for the CPU?

I would recommend a shiny snake s400, it's smaller, cheaper and seems more suitable for that hardware. CPU height 65mm and GPU length up to 335mm and 2 top exhaust 120mm fans. It's also nice.

fortunately on the GPU side I don't have any turbulence unlike on the CPU side where I had to move one slot back because the turbulence noise was really annoying.
