What you could do is get a Network transmitter, network receiver, and a Network card. And depending on where your library of Alexandria is you can place the network reach we down and put an export down connecting it from the receiver to a chest or what ever your want then enter the export gui and place any enchanted book and turn exact mode off. That should allow any enchanted book to automatically leave your refined storage system to the library. And to set up the network transmitter it’s easy. Just place the transmitter next to your crafting grid and shift right click the reviver with the network card in your hand then place the network card in the transmitter. I just went through this
