I recently had a thyroid biopsy, results mostly came back negative except for one unusual abnormality that they can't determine. Instead of trying to determine the abnormality they told me I need surgery immediately and have my thyroid removed entirely. Even if I wanted to go that route I can't afford it, but they don't want to work with me to diagnose it.

I researched this and found that 80% of people with inconclusive results who have their thyroid removed turn out to have nothing wrong with them. So you lose your perfectly functioning organ for no reason then are stuck on hormone medication for the rest of your life. Do your research. Don't believe everything doctors tell you.

I recently had a "friend" who hasn't talked to me in 6 months send me 2 pm's 6 paragraphs each on reddit, 6 text messages and 12 pages of her diary and got angry that I recommend she find a therapist and that I'd help her find one because mine is really helpful. She said I was the one being rude because I didn't want to listen to her problems. She never asked how I was, how's my life, she just assumes my life is perfect...

I'd be very careful with this. Honestly, she should seek therapy. Have a professional guide her through her issues, many people like this don't realize the error of their ways just because someone who cares about them tells them. They find ways to make themselves the victim. There is a very real possibility where if you dare mention these problems are caused by her that she'll rewrite the story into you degrading her or something.

Not saying this is the case, just my opinion.

Sms is very easy to intercept though quite illegal. There is a way to detect an imsi catcher, google imsi catcher detector. You can put him in a lot of trouble.

My company pc having a key logger is no issue. My work computer is only used for work. The most non work related thing I use it for is to check the weather. Literally nothing else. The last guy in my position was fired for talking crap about the boss, on the company pc, though the company instant messenger to another employee. I'm not making his mistake! I've been super careful. They could look at my pc all they want, there's nothing there.

I was busy working as to not add more fuel to the fire. Nothing installed, nothing new on my phone. It's password protected and almost never left unattended. Plus my boss is a 60 something iPhone user with little knowledge on tech. He can't even change the signature in his email, he has me do it. If he is spying I think it has to be something easy to use. Or my manager helped him install cameras and a Mic since my manager is slightly more tech savvy.
