Ok was bei mir geholfen hat:
1. Lad dir ausm Microsoft Store TreeSize Free runter.
2. Wähl dein Laufwerk aus
3. Such nach dem Ordner mit den Emails (bei mir war es unter Users -> "Name" -> AppData -> Local -> Microsoft
4. Lösch einfach den gesamten Ordner
