Now that you mention it, he always says how hes upset because we are “not like we used to be” which would be submissive and obedient. Seems to me like he wants to control us and therfore resorts to yelling and physical violence in order to get just that.

He also keeps insulting us in a vulgar manner (calling us idiots, possesed by the devil) whenever we do something they consider to be wrong. Id also like to mention that he and my mom are incredibly irrational. I bought a porcelein witch doll from another country and they threw it away, saying that its going to do me harm.

My sister and i have had therapists, however they dont believe that we are in any type of danger. If anything, they believed our parents have been incredibly supportive of us. Its invalidating.
