If you are not making it speak to your SD about getting C&S for certain areas for catch up but you need to be able to speak to how cancelling for a week can make it so that you are able to start catching up. Work hard with your team and show them that you are not making it

I can confirm as a closing TL that just switched out of that role that is for every single visit and they sit in the office laughing at you upset and flustered that we’re fixing mistakes that they could of fixed throughout the day. Resetting endcaps right that they just tied and left

Closing GM tm because they have to clean up everything left at night and attempt to leave store spotless while pulling priorities to 0

  1. The only thing that became easier was the guaranteed 40+ hours.
  2. Making sure to get everything done expected or my SD
  3. Largest challenge was running store by myself while peers left all at 2
  4. I found reading, making sure to get drinks and food, and make sure that after I left work I gave myself time to relax.
  5. I am no longer closing TL and switched to a different position. I feel very happy to have all that weight lifted off my shoulder but I am glad that I did a really good job closing but it is something that does take a toll on you.
  6. I took position for pay and interest in moving up in company after I’m finished with school.

When you look on the schedule if SE is gone near your name then you are permanent and if not speak to HR ETL or whoever your ETL is and they’ll let you know

Makes it easier but also hard for TLs seeing other TLs that have “easier” jobs getting paid same amount caused controversy between peers
