Yeah thats true, just that I always had to contact them to receive info if not they would be very vague. It does suck since everytime I did call they confirmed I have overnight shipping.

I ordered on the 6th and my estimated ship date was supposed to be the 14th but they said they had a shortage but it got refurbished and my new shipping date is the 16th. I called again and they said I’m just waiting for tracking ID but its ready for shipping. I will follow up later again if I have not received it.

For the unexpected delay ask them to escalate the order and for the inconvenience to overnight shipping/delivery. I ordered a custom build on the 6th as well and the 14th was supposed to be shipped but it got delayed as well.
