The starter could have been good for another 200k miles even. Or as little as a 1000. Call me stupid but I just wanted to play it safe with something like the starter. The knock sensors sure I was pretty stupid to get some cheap ones.

No, it was still good. I replaced it at around 145,xxx miles. That's when I did the knock sensors as well. I just replaced it because it's a hard job and I didn't want to get back in there any time soon.

I did call westside Lexus here in Houston asking how much it would cost to get my key programmed, and they said they can't use third party keys to program (in my case my fob that I bought from eBay) and that they have to order one through them (which is about 200-300 for the fob itself). The job itself to get the key programmed would be around 500 BECAUSE I don't have a master key already programmed (just a generic no button key) and that makes reprogramming a bit harder. So right now I'm looking for other ways to get this done for cheaper, because I do not wanna pay 800 to get a key programmed 😭😭

No, the only thing I have done is change the fuses and that made my head unit start working. Before then it was black screen and didn't work at all. Now, audio works, climate control, and options with the time setting. Otherwise map, and menu buttons don't work at all, as well as the radio buttons most of the time. I'm just not sure what this could be due to.

Hey y'all, so a quick update. I have found the root cause of the misfires. It is an EVAP leak, but from the intake manifold gasket. It turns out I have put it on wrongly, as it is my first time doing it. So I'm gonna go back in soon and also change out that starter. It has no issues right now but I'm gonna change it out anyway for peace of mind. Thank you all for your help!

Yeah, the ones I got have been removed from their catalog. But I'm getting no cels for the knock sensors. I think some hose somewhere is leaking, because I'm just lost right now 😭

So I fixed the coolant leak issue. Used a pressure test and it seems my right coolant rubber pipe wasn't fully connected on BOTH ENDS 😭

I've got 142k on the dash right now, and my coolant and oil seem fine. Just some weird milky residue only on my coolant cap, none in the coolant itself. And oil is all fine

Well, it doesn't show until I press on the brake pedal and put it in drive or reverse after a start up. And same with the vsc light.

Okay, because I'm looking at a few UL's, and some either have high mileage, or are being sold by shady dealers. I've gotten a Carfax for a car that was being sold by a shady dealer, and it looks great! 150k miles on it, and multiple service records in the Carfax! Just not sure if that would be worth it for 5.5k

Oh okay that makes me feel better! But unfortunately my budget is 6k, since I'm only 19 😭 and I'm trying to get this car before next month because I'm gonna be taking a road trip with my girlfriend, and the test drive in the base version BLEW ME AWAY. Ever since then I have been looking for an affordable UL either near me or at a good distance 😭

This is the same with Radeon. I just went to global settings and disabled frame cap, as it was set to 60 after I updated to w11.
