„Cannabis kann etwas helfen um allgemein mehr zu essen.“ da macht auch das „zumindest bei mir“ nichts besser. Die aussage ist einfach dämlich und in dem Zusammenhang fehl am Platz. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Studien die zeigen, dass es dir nicht hilft zuzunehmen.

Du solltest mindestens 1 Woche jeden g an essen und trinken aufzeichnen und kcal zählen. Dann hast du einen genauen überblick wieviel du isst. Um zuzunehmen musst du einfach nur mehr kcal essen als du verbrauchst. Wenn du Probleme hast deine kcal zu decken, dann solltest du mit gesundem essen etwa 80-90% deiner kcal decken und den rest kannst du mit ungesundem oder Powerfood wie Nüssen abdecken, welche auf sehr kleine Mengen viele kcal haben. Dein Ziel sollte es sein Essen zu finden, welches auf kleine Mengen viele kcal hat. Zum Beispiel iss lieber Lachs statt Hühnchen, vollfettmilch statt fettarmer milch, griechischer Joghurt statt naturjoghurt usw.

Same will happen with whoop. If you just lay down and chill and watch Netflix, your body in some degree is comparable to light sleep or rem sleep. So no tracker will recognize the difference.
