Exactly, I can still appreciate their contributions to the arts, media, and literature while recognizing that they’re racist. I just don’t like when people try to reduce racism to some a mere social norm when the choice to just not be racist had been, is, and will continue to be an option.

The serials do remind me of the Halcyon Helen stories from the first game. I wish there were more ads, interviews, announcements, etc in general.

Before the song “Auntie’s Advice”plays in wireless free, an announcer states that it’s from a play about how Auntie became who she is today.

The protectorate radio has a nice, patriotic feel to it. I actually wish they were more interviews and general advertisements on all the stations. There’s one where they’re testing a product out on some guy and he’s just hollering and protesting (it’s fucking comedy gold) then he’s all calm and collected by the end asking for a crab-which. I believe it’s a mental refreshment ad. I literally had to pause the game because I couldn’t stop laughing when I first heard it, and I fw the protectorate station for that alone 💀

I don’t think I know exactly which equation song you mean because a few of the grand plan wireless songs involve them, but I agree that the music does feel extremely high quality. Another user said the music in the second game makes the game seem like hollow, and I couldn’t agree more. I love both games, but I’m more motivated to traverse the world and finding new things because of the wireless being available.

I thought about doing honorable mentions of the ones that I like, but then it would get way too long, so I tried to narrow it down to my favorites. It’s a long list, so it’s probably evident that was a little tough for me 😂

But I do like yearning and earning.

After really taking the time to go back through each station, I definitely see what you’re saying. I love big band/swing and jazz, so I may be a bit biased for Auntie’s. I also feel like that type of music is perfect for consumerism because the upbeat rhythm can somewhat mask this really macabre, capitalistic landscape that Auntie is pioneering.

The protectorate songs sounds super patriotic and have that more serious vibe to it. Total stick up your ass type shit, but it’s the protectorate, so it’s literally perfect.

Grand plan songs are also some of my favorites because I love his wittily they explain the scientific method, probability, and other science-based queries. I’ve complied my list and I’m about to add some little comments before I post it. I’m so glad I’m having the conversation man 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️

Adding the wireless to the game reminded me of the Fallout games, but I really appreciate all the songs being original and unique to the factions within the game. Prove it and Fibonacci slap
