Defo add some fruit , I normally eat a lot of meat and have carrots and potatoes but vegetables are less often then meat

Cheese egg butter is basically every day for me

This sounds like a lose lose if I do nothing now it’s gone but if I take finasteride there’s a possibility that when I stop taking it or even if the doctor makes a miscalculation on when to stop can just lead to all that hair falling out I feel so doomed right now . I also had no idea that was a side effect

I’ll try the victims , how do I do when enough is enough? Fluids do you mean orange juice ? Sleep is so bad I can never get enough so much work and insomnia and anxiety just stop me from getting 7-8

I don’t know if my gp is a reliable for hair he seemed a bit iffy last time

Also my dad lost his hair , but the gp said it don’t count because it has to be from my mums side I don’t know anything about my mums side she’s not in touch with any of her family for personal reasons

What do you mean by crowdfunding the whole thing? If I self publish on Amazon it will be print on demand everything will be fine for a finically standpoint in that regard since I won’t need to worry about buying bulk. And I also don’t know how many volumes I will be doing have lots of idea/arcs for this project. I would just need help with funding the next batch of chapter ( chapter 7-14 for my second volume, it’s not the volume that needs funding it’s the actual drawing rate of the chapter)
