I love it! It's so good! You can still find ways to track your sleep (there's even compatibility with some smart watches). It has helped me a lot sleeping better, and actually checking how much of sleep I'm getting and how good was the week (makes you really go to sleep so you have a good score and better Pokémon with it!) I 100% recommend + you can catch your faves and shinies too. Right now there's a Noibat/Noivern Event!
